REMOTE RECRUITER IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA -NorCal [#ACA0101A]

DESCRIPTION:

The Herbert Alfred Agency (THAA) is seeking a Northern California based professional for a part-time or full-time role as Agency Recruiter. This is a remote & commission based role. Candidate must have a high level of professional poise, along with a positive and motivated attitude in order to successfully recruit Clients on behalf of THAA who are seeking Private Service Professionals.

LOCATION:

Northern California (NorCal)

HOURS:

Set your own hours between 8a PST - 6p PST.

SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday Working full time or part time, remotely from home.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have 3+ consecutive years working in the Domestic Staffing industry

* Must be located in Northern California

* Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times

* Must possess a personal computer / laptop and phone

* Must have a strong internet connection

* Must be flexible and reliable

* Must be determined, positive, and motivated

COMPENSATION:

Commission based: A Remote Agency Recruiter at THAA is paid $500 per Client who hires Staff; $250 per Candidate who is hired.
