DESCRIPTION:
The Herbert Alfred Agency (THAA) is seeking a Southern California based professional for a part-time or full-time role as Agency Recruiter. This is a remote and commission based role. Candidate must be professionally poised, and have a positive and motivated attitude to recruit Clients on behalf of THAA who are seeking Private Service Professionals.
LOCATION:
Southern California
HOURS:
Set your own hours between 8a PST - 6p PST.
SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday working full-time or part-time remotely from home.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have 3+ consecutive years working in the Domestic Staffing industry
* Must be located in Southern California
* Must maintain a professional demeanor at all times
* Must have access to a personal computer / laptop and phone
* Must have a strong internet connection
* Must be flexible and reliable
* Must be determined, positive, and motivated
COMPENSATION:
Commission based: A Remote Agency Recruiter at THAA is paid $500 per Client who hires Staff; $250 per Candidate who is hired.
