• Must have 3 years post age 18 experience in your specific field
• Have a valid driving license, a reliable vehicle, & current car insurance
• Be legal to work in the USA
• Be a High School graduate (or equivalent)
Below are the steps you will take in this process:
Please take note: only 25% of incoming Candidates pass our detailed screening process &
therefore will be represented by The Herbert Alfred Agency.
1. Fill out the below Candidate Application & attach your Resume for review.
2. If you meet the above requirements, someone will reach out to you to schedule a Phone Consult within 48 hours of receiving your Application
3. We will then begin to screen you. If you pass screening, you will be entered into our database & we will develop your Professional Portfolio
4. You are then free to apply to our Open Positions that you qualify for.
