“How soon can I expect to find an ideal Candidate to hire?”


On average, it can take 3-6 weeks to begin sending you Candidates (via email) to review, from the moment you Register & approve your Job Description & Video Short we develop for you. It can often happen sooner that this, & very seldom, it can take longer.




“Can you assist us in taxes & payroll services?”


Although we, as an Agency, do not do payroll or tax services, we can refer you to the best company that provides these in your area. We have connections to payroll & tax companies Nationwide.




“Do you offer part-time, full-time, or temporary Domestic Workers?”


All three! We have Candidates that are looking for full-time, part-time, & temporary work.




“How many fees are involved in this process?”


After you review the Welcome Packet we will be sending you, you will submit a Credit Card Form to pay a one time Registration Fee. Then when you are ready to hire, (which you are not obligated to do so), you will pick from one of our 3 Placement Packages & pay that one time fee upon hiring your ideal Candidate. One of our Placement Packages offers a 3 month payment plan as well.




“What are some items included in your Packages?”

We currently cover the entire United States. We have Clients & Candidates Nationwide & are available to assist you no matter your location. We are available 24/7 to meet with you virtually at any time that is convenient to you & your schedule. In the near future, we will be offering Franchise locations in other worldwide countries in order to offer Clients & Candidates our services outside of the USA.

All of our Placement Packages offer a Free Replacement Guarantee. Each Packet has a different length of guarantee, but they all have one. This guarantee grants you a free replacement of your Domestic Worker if he/she does not work out within a that timeframe. We are always here to help staff your home, no matter what happens.

“What is a ‘Manny’?”


A Manny is a male Nanny! Though the trend of Mannies has not caught on heavily, they can actually be an incredible asset to your home & some of the industries Mannies are the best Nannies around! If you know someone or are someone interested in being a Manny, we would love to hear from you. If you are a Client interested in hiring a Manny, we would like to discuss this further with you & how they can greatly benefit your life. All of our Mannies come with a free “Manny Cam” for your home to assure accountability. Mannies and their Families are also offered specialized counseling & training free of charge. We would like to start the revolution of making Mannies as popular in a home as the average Nanny is. A Manny is ideal for a single Mom or a family that has all boys, but can be a phenomenal asset to any home in need of fantastic childcare!

“How soon can I expect to be hired by a Family?”


Our goal is to get you hired by a potential family as soon as possible, but there is no guarantee you will be hired. On average, from the moment you have been fully screened, it can take anywhere from 3 weeks-3 months to be given a job offer by a family of ours that you interviewed with. All of our Open Positions have dozens of Applicants & it is solely up to the family in regards to who they want to interview & who they want to hire. We, at The Herbert Alfred Agency, will do our best to present you & represent you to a Family in the most positive way.




“What locations do you service?”


We are a Nationwide Agency services the entire United States. you do not need to live near our Corporate Office 9Beverly Hills, CA) in order to apply to our Open Positions. In the near future we hope to have Branches outside of the USA.




“What are my options if I do not meet the current minimum requirements?”


If you do not meet our requirements, we encourage you to continue your journey as a Domestic Worker & to return to us when you do meet them. The only reason we have minimum requirements, is because we promise our Clients a particular level of Candidates that warrants this. See below, the next question, about the My Nanny Nano Program if you are a Nanny or Manny for assistance in strengthening your Career.




“What is the ‘My Nanny Nano Program’?”


The My Nanny Nano Program is a Volunteer based program for both seasoned Nannies/ Mannies, & Nannies/Mannies who are less experienced or just starting out. The Program pairs “Mentor Nannies” (the more experienced) with “Nano Nannies” (the lesser experienced) for a 6 month term. Nano Nannies will be guided, mentored, & assisted once a week by their Mentor Nannies to help build their career. Both Mentor & Nano Nannies will receive a Certification for their Portfolios upon completing a Term at My Nanny Nano.
