Candidates with our Agency all require the following:
• Have at least 3 years of experience in their field
• Are at least 21 years of age
• Are fully reference checked
• Have had an extensive Background Check
• Fully interviewed multiple times by our staff
• Legal to work in the USA
• Have a valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, & current car insurance
• Are screened on Social Media
• High School graduates
Additional screening for some of our Candidates include:
• International Background Check
• Driving Record Screening
• Trustline Certified (State of CA)
• Certified in THAA’s 12 Month Workshop Training Program specializing in their field
• Sex Offender Check
• Vaccination records check
• Full wellness screening
• Drug testing
• College Education verification
Below are the steps you will take in this process:
1. Contact us via email or voicemail expressing your interest in a Domestic Staffing Search.
2. We will then schedule you for a Free Phone Consult to answer your initial questions, learn more about what you are seeking, & tell you more about us as an Agency.
3. We will then email you our Welcome Packet for review. This Packet contains our Family Contract, more details on our Placement Packages, & testimonies from other Clients who have used our services. You will also receive information on how to Register with us to begin & a Family Questionnaire so we can gather more information on you as a Family.
4. Once you Register, we begin your search! We start by drawing up a Custom Job Description & Video Short for your file, & start screening qualified Candidates on your behalf.
5. You then choose who you are most comfortable hiring & we help set up that Candidate in your home for employment.
