Position Description:

We are seeking a Professional Family Assistant for this wonderful South FL Family. The Family has three (3) children: ages 13, 11, & 7. The ideal Family Assistant will help with the children & the home from transporting, to light housekeeping & cooking. Running errands & organizing are also some duties. This is a live out position for a Professional that has at least 3 years of experience. Must be dog friendly, flexible & organized. Ideally seeking someone already local to the Boca area but willing to consider someone willing to relocate themselves. Must be legal to work in the USA & fluent in English. Seeking someone easy going, flexible, detailed, & a team player. Ideally wanting a long term fit & the position begins as soon as the right Candidate is found.

The Family would like a Nanny to be Covid-19 cautious & possibly wear a mask when needed.


This is a live OUT position for someone who is local to the area.

Projected Schedule:

Projected schedule is Tuesday to Friday roughly 12:30pm-8:30pm & Saturday 3pm-11pm. Flexibility needed & most weeks are 40 hours flat. Ideal Candidate will live out & remain flexible as needed.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Keeping areas of the home organized & clean

  • Supervising & caring for children when out of school

  • Supporting the Parents as needed

  • Keeping the children’s schedules

  • Transporting children as needed

  • Cooking for the whole Family

  • Grocery store errands

  • Organizing of home

  • Laundry duties for family

  • Other household duties as needed when children in school

  • Light Housekeeping & organizing projects

  • Follow the Parents lead & requests in regards to caring for the children

  • Helping with travel plans, bookings, packing, unpacking, & prepping for all travel

  • Traveling with the Family & children as often as needed

  • Present yourself properly at all times; representing The Herbert Alfred Agency with poise & Professionalism always


  • Experience working in a private home

  • 3+ years Nanny experience

  • Flexible Attitude

  • High energy/physically active

  • Fluent in the English language

  • Clean driving record

  • Clear Background Check

  • Non-Smoker

  • Local to South FL (Boca Raton area)

  • CPR/First Aid Certified

  • Ability to drive

  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills

  • Ability to understand Parents preferences/expectations

  • Trustworthiness and integrity, always acting in the best interests of the Parents

  • Respect for, and emphasis on, confidentiality and privacy in regards to the Parents private life

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending, stooping, reaching, running

  • Pushing, pulling, lifting up to 30 pounds

  • Able to walk up & down stairs multiple times a day

  • Working with cleaning solutions and solvents

Salary Offered:

  • $52k/year or $25/hr

  • Pay raise per annual based on performance
